How VESTAL began
THE OBSERVATION
Repetitive tasks in real estate agencies.
Answering enquiries, updating the CRM, scheduling appointments and following up with prospects takes time. These tasks come on top of viewings, valuations and managing property listings.
When information is scattered across emails, calendars and business software, teams have to search for it and enter it repeatedly.
THE IDEA
Automate tasks and connect tools.
We created VESTAL to help agencies automate these tasks. We start by analysing their organisation and software.
We then configure suitable assistants and develop the missing tools. Each project specifies the automated actions, the data used and the steps that require the team’s approval.
THE NAME
A name inspired by the Vestals.
VESTAL takes its name from Vesta, the Roman goddess of the hearth, and the Vestals, her priestesses. This heritage inspires our visual identity and the female figures representing our assistants.
